The expansion joint between your pool coping and the concrete deck is a flexible seal that lets the two move independently. When that sealant (a product like Deck-O-Seal) cracks, shrinks, or pulls away, water gets underneath, debris and pests get in, and the coping and deck can start to loosen or crack. We inspect the joint, remove failed sealant, clean and prep the channel, and reseal it, and we can repair or re-set loose coping along the way.
